Laundromat FAQ
Wildcat Coin Laundry is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our laundromat uses coins. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
We have an attendant at our laundromat from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
We have 60 and 80-pound machines for big, bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes at any time. You can leave them with our attendant, or you can safely leave them in one of our lockers.
There is a 20-pound minimum for wash and fold orders.
Your clean clothes will be ready for you to pick up in 24 hours.
Use our preferred detergent of Kirkland Signature or upgrade to one of our
premium options.
No, we never mix your laundry with another customer's laundry. We know this leads to mix ups and lost items.
Just let our attendant know, or leave a note with your clothes if you leave them in one of our lockers.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer laundry pickup and delivery Monday - Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Your clean clothes will be returned to you in 24 hours, unless you have a Saturday pickup. Saturday orders are returned on Monday.
You do not. When you place your order, please state in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry. Make sure it is left in a secure location (out of sight on the porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage). We are not responsible for stolen laundry.
Simply log into your account and put your service on hold until you return from your vacation.
When you place your order online there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know there if you have any special laundry instructions.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
